Service Scope

The Digital Throne is a paid public competition. Takeovers are initiated by user payment and are final, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Content Rules

Users must not post illegal content, severe harassment, threats, hate speech, or unauthorized personal data. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts.

Payments and Bounty

A takeover costs the current price +25%. The dethroned king earns a 10% bounty under platform rules. Payouts may require a valid Stripe Connect setup and can be delayed by verification or compliance checks.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vox Online S.r.l. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction under applicable mandatory rules.
