This policy explains how The Digital Throne processes personal data. The data controller is Vox Online S.r.l..

Data We Collect

Account email, authentication/session data, public throne messages, reign history records, Stripe checkout and payout metadata, and basic security logs.

Why We Process Data

We process data to run the service, authenticate users, execute payments and bounty payouts, prevent abuse, and maintain security and auditability.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on performance of a contract (service operation), legal obligations (accounting and tax), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention and platform security), where applicable.

Data Sharing

We use service providers such as Supabase (infrastructure/data storage) and Stripe (payments and payouts). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Financial and transaction records are retained up to 10 years where required by law. Security logs are retained for up to 12 months. Account/profile data is retained while your account is active and then removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where legal retention obligations apply.
